Guest In Residence accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that cashmere care products and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original designer labels and tags are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your return at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
